TOTFF: Part 1, Episode 5, "The Voices of Farnsworth"

This week, we meet the voice of Farnsworth sports, Troy Flemstone. Conrad is excited to have a veteran broadcaster like Troy on board, but quickly finds out why he was available in the first place. Flemstone hosts the first broadcast of "Ferret Forum" and it gets wierd very quickly.

Underachieving College Football Coaches

When you're trying to beat the odds, it's just as important to know which teams are likely to disappoint as ones that will be surprise winners. Over the years, several coaches have made a name for themselves that they probably would like to change. These are the men who win the recruiting rankings in February but by November have come up short of expectations; the leaders that turn a solid 8-9 win team into one scraping for a bowl bid.

An Early Thought on ACC Football

Chris Graham of the Augusta Free Press (VA) recently interviewed me for a piece where he is looking to identify the early favorite to win the ACC football title this season.

My early pick--the Clemson Tigers, who have not won the league since 1991. Mitchell Light, a senior editor at Athlon Sports, and Steven Lassan, a senior editor at football.com, also weighed in on the Tigers' chances this season.
